Every year the Spanish olive company S.A.T. Santa Teresa publishes a book "De Osuna y sus olivos".  A different artist is featured in each book, for the eleventh edition Ivan Chermayeff was commissioned.  He produced over forty collages about the Osuna olive plantation.
